Kelly Hayes is a devoted wife, mother of six, and a passionate real estate professional based in Gainesville, Virginia. Born and raised in the small town of Clifton, she has proudly called Virginia home her entire life.
Her career began at her best friend’s law firm, where she was inspired to pursue her real estate license while working and raising her family. That decision sparked a deep passion for helping others navigate one of the biggest milestones of their lives.
Today, Kelly serves as both a Realtor and the Director of Operations for The Hardman Team, guiding clients with care and expertise. She is also the co-owner of Real Estate Professional Services (REPS)—a company specializing in transaction coordination and real estate photography/videography—and the co-founder of Give Love, Repeat, a nonprofit dedicated to spreading kindness.
Kelly loves that her career allows her to combine creativity, community, and flexibility—helping others achieve their real estate goals while still enjoying time with her family.
